Between the cracks of our world, the Exiles have lived for centuries, hidden in the shadows as the old tales faded and memory gave way to myth.

A man, who cannot die, sets upon a journey across India that has forgotten its old gods and ancient demons, visiting friends that have changed and places that are no longer the same; determined to retrieve the one object that can keep his nightmares at bay.

But he does not know the full truth of what he seeks and the price that it will extract. This is a harsh land – a brutal nation; and though there may be love to be found in the unlikeliest of places, the pain to come will be worse than the death that refuses to touch him.
